  • Same-day cancellations may result in a fee.

  • No-shows may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.


4. Refund Policy

  • All services are non-refundable.

  • If you are unsatisfied, please notify us before leaving the shop.

  • Adjustments must be requested within 48 hours of service.


5. After-Hours Appointments

  • After-hours appointments are available upon request.

  • A $65 after-hours fee will apply in addition to service cost.

  • Payment may be required in advance.

  • Standard haircut services typically take approximately 45 minutes, depending on hair type and style requested.

  • Specialty services may require additional time.
